V-BELT FOR HIGH-LOAD TRANSMISSION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wear of a projecting part 40 caused by a resin-contact of a bottom portion of a recessed part 30, to ensure a large bearing area of each block 20 to a pulley, to suppress an increase of the noise caused by the contact of the blocks 20 and 20 with each other, and to enhance the durability in a block belt in which a plurality of blocks 20, 20 ... with each surface layer portion on both sides in the belt longitudinal direction forming a resin part 25 are locked and fixed to tension bands 10 and 10 by press-fitting the tension bands 10 and 10 into fitting parts 24 and 24 on both sides of the belt of each block 20, and the positional deviation of each block 20 is regulated by engaging the recessed part 30 and the projecting part 40 provided on the resin parts 25 on both sides in the belt longitudinal direction of each block 20 with each other between the adjacent blocks 20 and 20. SOLUTION: A metal part 31 to be brought into contact with the projecting part 40 in the recessed part 30 in the belt longitudinal direction is provided on a bottom part of the recessed part 30 of each block 20.
