Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning and polishing agent, excellent in cleaning effect, without damaging a floor surface, recovering the gloss of the floor, without requiring special technique and usable in a daily cleaning. SOLUTION: This floor-cleaning and polishing agent composition contains (a) a polyalkylene wax, (b) a water soluble solvent, (c) a surfactant and (d) water, wherein, the polyalkylene wax (a) is a polyethylene wax, or the polyethylene wax (PE) and a polypropylene wax, the weight ratio of the polyethylene wax (PE) to polypropylene wax (PP), (PE)/(PP) is ≥1 and the composition contains ≤0.9 wt. % acrylic resin.
