Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain securement of both traveling stability and ride quality in a higher-order level while securing the lightening of the convertible car. SOLUTION: In a multi-link-type rear suspension A, the vertical reaction force of a buffer 14 generates the moment force Mn in the direction of a negative camber to the rear wheel 2, and the moment force Mn is constantly increased to a limit area of the lateral force in comparison with the moment force Mp in the direction of the positive camber by the lateral force in the rear wheel 2 at a turning outer side. The vertical reaction force of the buffer 14 generates the moment force in the toe-in direction on the rear wheel 2 in connection with a virtual king pin shaft K. A subframe 3 is rigidly fastened relative to the vehicle body. A longitudinally long support bracket B is provided on the subframe 3 through an elastic member 16, a front side upper link 6 is connected to the upper end part of the support bracket B, and a front side lower link 8 is connected to the lower end part.
