Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevating device of a seat in a vehicle capable of sufficiently restraining the height of a seat position from a floor in the vertical direction. SOLUTION: A lower link arm 14 of a four-node link mechanism extends rearward from a base of a base plate 7, and a rotatable engagement part 15 is installed at its extending end. A cam member 17 engaging the engagement part 15 with an engagement face 17A and movably supporting the lower link arm 14 is provided to a rotary stand 6 on the side of a floor 2. Thereby, a seat S1 can make both of link arms 13, 14 into an approximately horizontal condition at a raising position on a compartment side, and can also make a guide rail 10 arranged on the side of the floor 2 in an approximately horizontal condition.
