METHOD FOR PRODUCING DEODORIZED SOYMILK AND DEODORIZED SOYMILK BY THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing deodorized soymilk and to provide the deodorized soymilk produced by the method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the deodorized soymilk comprises a first process of preparing a raw material (A) by subjecting molted soybeans to a first deodorizing treatment, a second process of making a raw material B by soaking the material (A) in water to bring its moisture content to ≥50%, a third process of preparing a rice cake-like raw material (C) by crushing and admixing stickily the raw material B with a cutter mixer of a three-blades type, a fourth process of preparing a raw material D by subjecting the raw material C to a second deodorizing treatment in heated water, a fifth process of preparing a smooth raw material E by further homogenizing the raw material D, and a sixth process of filtering the raw material E with a filtration cloth to make deodorized soymilk.
