SOLUTION: A master set detecting means 39A detects the installation of an arbitrary radio slave set and an operation or a control operation performed after this installation. A slave set detecting means 49A allows the radio slave set to detect the installation on an arbitrary master set or an operation or a control operation performed after the installation. A judging means 15A judges the installation relation between the master set and the slave set on the basis of a timing of receiving the detection information notified according to the detection of the means 39A and 49A.
