SOLUTION: A master set detecting means 39B detects the installation of an arbitrary radio slave set or time information about an operation or a control operation performed after this installation. A slave set detecting means 49B detects time information about an operation or a control operation performed after the installation to an arbitrary master set. By comparing the time information detected by the means 39B with the time information of the means 49B, a judging means 15A judges the installation relation between the master set and the radio slave set.
