Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein much time is required in the impregnation of the whole of reinforcing fibers with a thermosetting synthetic resin because the resin is allowed to flow along the axial direction of a fiber reinforced synthetic resin pipe to be infiltrated in the fibers when the fibers formed into a cylindrical shape is impregnated with the resin and the impregnated fibers are cured and solidified to manufacture the integrated fiber reinforced synthetic resin pipe and, as a result, the productivity of the fiber reinforced synthetic resin pipe is low and air bubbles and voids are hardly eliminated because a resin penetrating direction is opposed to the rising direction of air through the fibers when the resin is dripped on the fibers from above to be infiltrated in the fibers. SOLUTION: The reinforcing fibers 3 are wound around a winding core 8 having through-holes 9a, 9b and 9c or grooves 14 and the thermosetting resin 5 is allowed to flow along the thickness direction of the fiber reinforced synthetic resin pipe with respect to the reinforcing fibers 3 using the through-holes 9a, 9b and 9c or the grooves 14 to be infiltrated in the reinforcing fibers 3 and the impregnated fibers are cured.
