Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the blanking device of a hoop which is suitable to the manufacture of worked products having different lengths in notched parts for each kind of product. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a first punch 21 for forming the notched part 11 on the hoop 10 and a second punch 22 for cutting the hoop to a prescribed length. The device has a first punching mode in which the hoop is cut at the same time that the notched part is formed by lowering the first punch and the second punch and a second mode in which only the first punch is lowered. After performing the operation of the first punching mode, the notched part is enlarged by performing the operations of the second punching mode several times while moving the hoop intermittently in the length direction. When the moving amount of the hoop 10 reaches the length of the worked product, the operation of the first punching mode is again performed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
