METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HOT-ROLLED STEEL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a hot-rolled steel sheet by which stable ferritic region rolling is performed so that uniform structure is obtained without coarsening the structure of only the outer layer of a material to be rolled. SOLUTION: In the method of manufacturing the hot-rolled steel sheet by which the final finish rolling of the material to be rolled is performed at a temperature not higher than the transformation temperature by transforming it during the finish rolling by using a finishing mill having a plurality of rolling stands, after heating the material to be rolled on the inlet side of the finishing mill, finish rolling is performed without performing cooling between rolling stands in the finishing mill and also the heating temperature of the material to be rolled is controlled in accordance with the position between the rolling stands in which the transformation of the material to be rolled is expected to be completed in the heating of the material to be rolled on the inlet side of the finishing mill.
