Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibody specifically binding to a Streptococcus pyogenes DNase B enzyme. SOLUTION: The antibody specifically binding a Streptococcus pyogenes DNase B enzyme is produced by a process of culturing a bacterial host cell transformed with an expression vector comprising a DNA substantially free from mitogenic activity, selected from the group consisting of (i) a specific amino acid sequence of Streptococcus pyogenes DNase B enzyme and (ii) a specific amino acid sequence which does not include an arginine (R) reside of the 1st amino acid residue in the amino acid sequence of the Streptococcus pyogenes DNase B enzyme, and a process of expressing the DNase B enzyme by using the cultured bacterial host cell, and a process of purifying the enzyme for the cultured bacterial host cell.
