Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immortalized endometrial epithelium cell strain enabling semipermanent subculture by the immortalization and having normal character. SOLUTION: The immortalized endometrial epithelium cell strain is prepared by introducing an exogenous immortalization gene to cause the immortalization of the strain. The strain keeps the character of a noncancerous cell and the character of typical endometrial epithelium cell strain. The exogenous immortalization gene is a combination of a gene inducing telemerase activity and a gene inactivating a cell-cycle controlling factor. The gene inducing telomerase activity is a human telomerase catalyst subunit, and the gene inactivating the cell-cycle controlling factor is a human papilloma virus-16 E7 gene and human papilloma virus-16 E6 gene. Human papilloma virus-16 E6 Δ151 mutant gene may be introduced in place of human papilloma virus-16 E6 gene. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
