Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the efficient manufacturing method of a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element having a piezoelectric/electrostrictive part which is highly polarized. SOLUTION: In the method, a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element 20 includes the piezoelectric/electrostrictive part 10 composed of a piezoelectric/electrostrictive porcelain material which substantially expresses piezoelectric/electrostrictive property by a polarization processing, and a pair of electrodes 3a and 3b arranged in the piezoelectric/electrostrictive part 10. The element 20 is polarized to manufacture a piezoelectric/electrostrictive element 30. A polarization processing is performed by a condition that a temperature is 50 to 100°C, time is 1 to 60 seconds and an impression field is 5 to 30kV/mm. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
