Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inordinate lowering of the temperature of cooling water when a fuel cell automobile stops or descends a slope. SOLUTION: A controller 21 estimates the load of a fuel cell stack 2 depending on the detected value of a water temperature sensor 12 and an outside air temperature sensor 17, and information from a navigation system 20; controls the temperature of the cooling water by controlling a cooling water pump 8, a three way valve 10, a radiator fan 13, and a water pump15, depending on the estimated load and the SOC of a battery 6 detected by a power manager 5; and commands the power manager 5 to distribute power from the fuel cell stack 2 and the battery 6 to a vehicle driving motor 7.
