Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a basic cell that can maintain a fixed operating frequency regardless of configuration information and can effectively utilize an arithmetic logic unit in the cell, in an LSI capable of a dynamic change in configuration information. SOLUTION: The circuit comprises an input switch ISW connected to a plurality of data input nodes, an output switch OSW connected to a plurality of data output nodes, a first data path having an arithmetic logic unit ALU and a result storing flip-flop CFFO between the input switch ISW and the output switch OSW, and a second data path having a wiring flip-flop between the input switch ISW and the output switch OSW. The result storing flip-flop CFF stores calculated result data from the arithmetic logic unit ALU, and the wiring flip-flop holds data inputted into one of the plurality of data input nodes.
