ADMISSION APPLICATION AUTOMATIC RECEPTION SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform a reception procedure for an admission application. SOLUTION: This admission application automatic reception system comprises a means for storing information including a contact address of each qualified applicant; a means for making the applicant input information including his/her contact address at a terminal of the applicant; a means for creating an ID and a password and sending them to the applicant contact address when information about a qualified applicant matching the inputted information of the applicant is stored; a means for making the applicant input the ID and the password at the terminal of the applicant; a means for making the applicant input admission information via the terminal of the applicant if the inputted ID and password match those sent to the contact address of the applicant; and a means for making a clerk in charge in the admission reception counter observe the admission information at a terminal of the admission reception counter if the inputted admission information includes all the necessary information.
