GAME CARD CREATION METHOD, PERSONAL COMPUTER, COMPACT DISK, AND FORM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game card creation method for efficiently creating a game card having a sentence added to a taken image, and a personal computer and a form used for the method. SOLUTION: An image taken by a portable terminal with imaging device 2 or a digital camera 3 is inputted to the personal computer 1 having an assignment sheet part partitioned to a plurality of sections 5b of the same shape on software, sentences are created, and a plurality of images with sentence are formed so that the taken image occupies an area of 1/4 or more of one section of the assignment sheet. The images with sentences are assigned to the sections of the assignment sheet according to an assignment reference, and printed to the form 5 assigned to the same sections as the assignment sheet and subjected to separation facilitating treatment so as to be be easily separable through a boundary according to the assignment reference.
