Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for balancing of CT gantry members. SOLUTION: This method and this system are used for balancing CT gantry mechanisms. In this system, two positions for balancing are selected on a rotary base member 20 in advance, and stack of spacer, shim, and weight is provided at each position. This system is provided with distortion gage sensors 54, 56 on a stationary base member 22 and they are included as a part of a sensor circuit. In this method, mass and a Z position of the mass which are required to add to the system to statically balance and dynamically balance the system are determined in trial run and test operation.
