ELECTRIC CONNECTION MEMBER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection member having a simple and easy manufacturing and assembling processes, and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: An electric connection member 11 comprises a base 2, a plurality of elastic bodies (elastic deformable member) 3 (3A, 3B, and 3C), a plurality of metal thin films 4. The base and respective elastic bodies are laminated. The metal thin films are formed in nearly U-shapes on both surfaces of the laminated base and the elastic bodies, and adhered to the base and the elastic bodies. When the electric connection member is connected with an opposed connection part 8 with warpage, the elastic bodies are pressed by the opposed connection part to be deformed elastically. At this time, the elastic bodies are deformed correspondingly to surface shapes (warpage, deflection, concave and convex, or the like) of the opposed connection parts, thus the metal thin films come into close contact with areas of the surfaces of the opposed connection parts.
