Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management device and a program that can prevent the duplicate registration of a point. SOLUTION: A cellular telephone 20 analyzes a two-dimensional bar code imaged by a CCD camera built in an own set, and sends a bar code ID and the telephone number of the set to a point management server 10. In the point management server 10, if a decision part 12 decides that content of a point addition status corresponding to the bar code ID received from the cellular telephone 20 is information that no addition has been made, a point addition part 13 adds a point corresponding to the bar code ID to accumulated points corresponding to the telephone number of the cellular telephone 20. A result notification part 14 notifies an addition completion message showing the new point addition to the accumulated points to the user of the cellular telephone 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
