HEAT EXCHANGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging device capable of quickly recovering a temperature of a heat exchanger to a specific temperature even when the temperature is lowered to be less than the specific value, and keeping a heat exchanging temperature at the specific value with high accuracy. SOLUTION: A steam supply pipe 2 and a fluid discharge pipe 3 are connected with the heat exchanger 1. A receiver tank 11 is connected with the fluid discharge pipe 3. A specific temperature-fluid discharge pipe 5 and a communication pipe 15 are connected with the tank 11. The communication pipe 15 is connected with a suction port 16 of an ejector device 4. The ejector device 4 is connected with a steam pipe 19 and an air supply pipe 23, and communicated with an inlet 6 of the heat exchanger 1 by a circulation passage 20. A temperature in the heat exchanger 1 is detected by a temperature sensor 9, and the inside of the heat exchanger 1 is kept at the specific temperature by discharging the fluid of low temperature from the specific-temperature fluid discharge pipe 5, or supplying the air of low temperature to the heat exchanger 1 through the air supply pipe 23 and the ejector device 4.
