Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof material with a solar cell module having an excellent heat insulation property, a sound insulation property and a silencing property, and a roof with the solar cell module for a house which is roofed with the roof material. SOLUTION: The roof material 1, having a rectangular shape which is long in a direction of a purlin, includes a joining end edge 3 formed at the edge of a ridge side, the other joining end edge 4 formed at the edge of an eave side, a roof body 11 having joining edges 5, 6 formed also at both ends in the direction of the purlin, and a heat insulation material 10 provided on the rear face of the roof body 11. The roof material 1 is placed on a sheathing roof board 2 of the roof, joined to the other roof material which is adjacent thereto, and fixed for roofing.
