Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational system that can operate a wastewater treatment facility very profitably. SOLUTION: In the operational system, the wastewater treatment facility equipped with a digester tank for sludge treatment receives organic waste generated outside the system for pay, and increase the generation rate of digestion gas from the digester tank by digesting the organic waste with sludge in the digester tank. Then, electricity generated by using the digestion gas from the digester is sold or the digestion gas is sold. The fee-based receiving of the organic waste and the sales of the electricity and gas provide an operation income. Thereby, the wastewater treatment operation can be carried out very profitably.
