Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless apparatus suitable for miniaturization and low power consumption by eliminating the need for a second local oscillation circuit having been provided in a wireless apparatus of a prior art. SOLUTION: A local oscillation circuit 41 is provided with a fractional frequency divider 56 the frequency division ratio of which is expressed in a fractional number and frequency-dividing an output frequency of a voltage-controlled oscillator 51, and the fractional frequency divider 56 outputs the resulting signal to a 1/M frequency divider 14 or an M multiplier 14 and a 1/N frequency divider 15 or an N multiplier 15. A received intermediate frequency signal is demodulated by using an output frequency of the 1/M frequency divider 14 or the M multiplier 14 for a demodulation frequency, and a transmission signal is modulated by using an output frequency of the 1/N frequency divider 15 or the N multiplier 15 for a modulation frequency.
