SOLUTION: The fuel cell cogeneration system includes a base 3 mounting at least one from among a fuel cell body 6 generating dc power with an electrochemical reaction with a fuel gas and an oxidant gas, a DC/AC inverter 8 converting the generated do power to ac power, and a hot-water storage tank 10 heat accumulating exhaust the heat recovered from the fuel cell body 6 as warm water; lifting parts for lifting the base 3; and fittings capable of fitting the lifting parts.
