Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control system of a home cogeneration system capable of achieving an operation control with higher energy savings, high efficiency and high durability by determining a gradual output value carrying out a gradual output operation and its output time span efficiently and effectively, irrespective of an existence of a thermal storage tank. SOLUTION: The home cogeneration system 1A has a power load processing means 24 calculating and memorizing deflection with every given period of hours about sampling values of power load, a punctual deflection processing means 27 calculating and memorizing deflection with every given period of days at each time band, and an operation method selective means 28 selecting an operation method of a fuel cell 8 from a load following operation or a gradual outputting operation based on a calculated power load deflection and a power load punctual deflection under the given conditions. The operation method selective means 28 selects the gradual outputting operation when the power load deflection and the power load punctual deflection are not more than a given threshold.
