MAGNETIC DISK DEVICE, METHOD FOR RECORDING/READING OUT SYSTEM DATA OF MAGNETIC DISK AND MAGNETIC DISK CONTROL PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of a magnetic disk by highly reliably reading the latest system data whose record is to be updated. SOLUTION: In the case of recording system data in the magnetic disk, the recording update frequency of the system data in the magnetic disk is acquired and the acquired record updating frequency is added to the system data and recorded together at the time of updating the record of the system data in the magnetic disk. At the time of reading the system data, the recording update frequencies added to respective system data written in a multiplex state are mutually compared and the system data to which the largest recording update frequency is added are selected.
