Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information providing (collecting) system which enables information to be provided for or collected from users through a path other than an information transmission medium. SOLUTION: An information ID and provided information corresponding thereto are recorded in an information providing (collecting) server device 10, and a user is enabled to view the information ID by using an information transmission medium 12. The user accesses the information providing (collecting) server device 10 from a mobile phone 14 and sends the information ID acquired from the information transmission medium 12 and acquires the provided information. Certain points are given to the user who has acquired the provided information is given certain points, and the points are managed by the information providing (collecting) server device 10.
