ATTACHED FILE PROCESSING SYSTEM, ATTACHED FILE PROCESSING METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attached file processing system for providing the hard copy of an attached file to a user of a terminal where it is difficult to browse or print the attached file of an electronic mail. SOLUTION: This electronic mail managing server 2 receives an electronic mail with an attached file addressed to a portable terminal 1, and separates it into a text and an attached file, and stores the attached file. Then, the electronic mail managing server 2 transmits the text added with the URL of the attached file to the portable terminal 1. The portable terminal 1 writes an electronic mail (text and URL) in a recording medium, and a printer 3A or 3B reads the electronic mail from the recording medium, and transmits the URL directly or through the portable terminal 1 to the electronic mail managing server 2. Then, the electronic mail managing server 2 reads the attached file, and converts it into printable image data, and transmits the image data to the portable terminal 1 connected to a printer 3A or a printer 3B.
