PLANOGRAPHIC PRINTING PLATE AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a planographic printing plate to prevent sticking of a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer to a carrying roller in a carrying line, and to provide the planographic printing plate. SOLUTION: The planographic printing plate P is manufactured in photopolymerizable photosensitive layer forming processes 2, 4 to form a photopolymerizable photosensitive layer on a roughened surface of a supporting body web prepared by roughening at least one surface of a belt type aluminum web W while carrying the supporting web in a specified direction, and in intermediate layer forming processes 8, 10 to form a non-adhesive intermediate layer by depositing and drying a liquid for forming the intermediate layer on the surface of the photopolymerizable photosensitive layer. In the intermediate layer forming processes, charged drops prepared by atomizing and electrifying the liquid for forming the intermediate layer are deposited by an electrostatic spray method to electrostatically deposit the drops on the surface of the photopolymerizable photosensitive layer.
