MOLDING AND INCINERATION METHOD OF SOLIDIFIED AGGREGATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposal treatment technique for a waste ion-exchange resin not requiring removal of moisture inside the ion-exchange resin by drying treatment, making the waste ion-exchange resin easy to transfer, incinerated sufficiently by an existing incineration facility, and efficiently and stably incineration-treated at a low cost. SOLUTION: In this molding method for a solidified aggregate of the waste ion-exchange resin, resin surface water is removed from the waste ion-exchange resin of fine particulates by a rough-dehydration device 20 to be supplied to a mixing vessel 40 by a transfer means 30, the supplied resin is mixed with a flammable binder heated to get liquefied preliminarily in a flammable binder dissolving vessel 50 to form a slurry, the slurry is mixed uniformly while keeping it at a melting point of the flammable binder or more of temperature, it is injected thereafter into a molding die 60, followed by cooling, so as to obtain the solidified aggregate of the waste ion-exchange resin.
