Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of a microarray capable of solidifying accurately a specific probe at a prescribed position of a carrier of the microarray, a manufacturing method of the microarray using the apparatus, the microarray with information on the probe solidified loaded on the carrier, and a more accurate analysis method of a tissue-derived biomaterial. SOLUTION: This manufacturing apparatus for the microarray is equipped with an information holding means for holding information of the probe, an information reading means 32 for recognizing the information, a solidifying means 37 for solidifying the probe in the carrier of the microarray, and a control means 31 for controlling the means for solidifying the probe on the prescribed position of the carrier. In this manufacturing method of the microarray, the apparatus is used. In this microarray which is manufactured by the manufacturing method, information of the position and quantity of the probe is loaded thereon by a bar code or the like. In this analysis method of the tissue-derived biomaterial, a hybridized quantity is corrected in consideration of dispersion of the solidified quantity of the probe in each section of each microarray.
