OPERATION METHOD FOR STEELMAKING FURNACE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scrap physical distribution system capable of simplifying the physical distribution of the scrap charged into a steelmaking furnace and optimizing a blending. SOLUTION: The description and quantity of the scrap to be used and the time needed to refining are made into data in advance for every kind of steel for melting in the steelmaking furnace 3, respective heat for refining in the steelmaking furnace is made into schedule, and the description and quantity of the scrap to be used as the raw material in each heat and the scheduled time for charging the scrap into the steelmaking furnace are determined. With respect to a truck during wgen carrying the scrap from respective scrap producing places 1 to a scrap common depository 2 or to a temporary storage place 4 in a steelmaking furnace building, when the scrap is proper for the description and quantity of the scrap to be used in the steelmaking furnace and the schedule time, the carrying position of the truck is changed to a scrap charging chute 8 in the steelmaking furnace or the temporary storage place in the steelmaking furnace building, and the scrap in the truck is directly unloaded into the scrap charging chute and/or the temporary putting place.
