Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical semiconductor device which uses a semiconductor laser element high in emission efficiency and is capable of restraining the optical axis of the semiconductor laser element from getting misaligned with that of a package lens, and to provide an electronic apparatus equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The optical semiconductor device 1 is equipped with a laser beam source formed of the semiconductor laser element 12 and a package lens 16 containing the laser beam source. A laser beam emitted from the laser beam source is reflected on its light path and radiated outside so as to travel along the optical axis of the package lens 16.
