Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that accumulates/edits mail data from a mobile communication terminal in a database on a communication network and binds them into a book. SOLUTION: A system user 1 sets a mail address 3 specified by a system management company as the forwarding destination of mail in a mobile communication terminal 2, and mail sent and received by the system user 1 is forwarded to and stored in a storage device 5 via a database server 4. The system user 1 can edit the mail data from the mobile communication terminal 2. When the mail data accumulated in the storage device 5 amount to a fixed volume, the database server 4 communicates the ready-for-publication condition to the system user 1. If the system user 1 returns a request for binding, the database server 4 retrieves the mail data of the system user 1 from the storage device 5 to send them to an output server 6.
