ELECTROSTATIC CHARGE DEVELOPING TONER AND IMAGE FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic charge image developing toner fixable at a low temperature and having good anti-offset property, excellent powder fluidity, hot storage resistance and smearing property, and to provide an image forming method. SOLUTION: The electrostatic charge image developing toner contains at least binder resin, wax and a charge control agent. The wax contains a wax (1) having a penetration index of ≤1 and wax (2) having a penetration index of 5 to 11, both at 25°C. In endothermic curves of the wax (1) and wax (2) in heating shown by differential scanning calorimetry, temperature ranges overlapping each other are 15 to 55°C, and the melting point difference between the wax (1) and wax (2) obtained by the differential scanning calorimetry is 15 to 35°C.
