Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underwater display device in which a main part section mounted with a light emitting element is easily replaced. SOLUTION: The underwater display device is constituted of: a main unit section 2 which is composed of a substrate side connector 9 connected by a trunk line 8 for conducting and connecting an LED mounted on a substrate 7, a case 4 housing the substrate 7 and the substrate side connector 9, and a cable ground 3 disposed in the case 4; and a cable 3 which is inserted into the cable ground 5 and is connected by a leading-out section 25 to a cable side connector 26, wherein the substrate side connector 9 and the cable side connector 26 are connected and the cable side connector 26 is so sized as to be made insertable through the inside of the cable ground 5.
