Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an angle detecting sensor capable of suppressing especially AMR effects and the effects of magnetic shape anisotropic magnetic fields and reducing waveform distortion of an output voltage than before. SOLUTION: In the angle detecting sensor, a magnetoresistive effect element R1 is constituted of both an X-axis aligning part 42 constituted in a staggered shape by alternately connecting X-axis aligning pieces (1)-(5) and a Y-axis aligning part 43 constituted in a staggered shape by alternately connecting Y-axis aligning pieces (6)-(10). The Y-axis aligning part 43 is arranged by rotating the X-axis aligning part 42 by 90°. Since it is therefore possible to cancel resistance value changes due to AMR effects, it is possible to reduce waveform distortion of the output voltage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
