Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system of a building utilizing ground heat which is more efficient than a conventional air conditioning system utilizing the ground heat. SOLUTION: In this air conditioning system of the building in which an air supply tube for taking in the outside air into the building 1 is installed, the air supply tube comprises an outside air direct supply tube 2 leading the outside air directly into a room and a ground heat exchange air supply tube 2 for heat-exchanging with the ground heat by leading the outside air into the ground. The supply air temperature of the outside air direct supply tube 2 is measured with a temperature sensor 8, and the results are compared with each other in a control device 6 to open either of the air supply tubes to supply air for air-conditioning the inside of the building 1.
