Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure-sensitive double-sided adhesive tape or sheet which enables peeling of a releasing liner from a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer capable of bonding members to each other at an excellent accuracy in positioning with good releasability. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive double-sided adhesive tape or sheet has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer (A) which is formed of a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing an acrylic polymer (A1), a polyfunctional acrylic oligomer (A2), and a photopolymerization initiator (A3) and is substantially in an unreacted state and a releasing liner (B) formed on at least one surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the above releasing liner (B) has a release treatment layer formed of a release treating agent composed of an organopolysiloxane polymer.
