DISK STORAGE SHEET AND METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk storage sheet that prevents a disk from falling from a take-out opening and getting damaged and to provide a method for production of it. SOLUTION: The disk storage sheet comprises a base material sheet 2 made of non-woven fabric, and a transparent resin sheet 4 laid over the base material sheet 2, thereby defining a storage portion 3. The resin sheet 4 is joined to the base material sheet 2 along the three sides so as to define the storage portion 3 one side of which is open, and a marker 6 is put on the take-out opening 5 of the storage portion 3 by putting color there. The method of production of the disk storage sheet comprises: the step of forming a color layer along the middle and both the edges of a resin sheet being unrolled; the step of cutting the resin sheet from its widthwise middle, thereby producing two colored sheets, each of which has color layers along both its edges; the step of feeding the colored sheet and a base material sheet made of a non-woven fabric, which are laid one over the other, and, at the same time, welding and cutting the widthwise middle of the colored sheet with a welding-and-cutting machine: and further welding and cutting the thus welded and cut colored sheet along its width with the welding-and-cutting machine.
