Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door structure for an automobile, excellent in assembling workability and capable of improving sound insulating properties. SOLUTION: The door structure for the automobile comprises an interior door trim 12 attached to an interior side of a door inner panel 11. A sound insulation sheet 20 is provided between the door inner panel 11 and the door trim 12 so as to be hung vertically from the top like a curtain, and an upper end of the insulation sheet 20 is fixed to the door inner panel 11 or the door trim 12. The sound insulation sheet 20 is provided a generally upper half part or a generally lower half portion of the whole of the door inner panel 11, or provided at a center portion when the whole of the door inner panel 11 is generally divided into three equal parts in a vertical or lateral direction.
