METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MATTE TRANSFER SHEET AND MATTE DECORATIVE MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a matte transfer sheet and a matte decorative material by which a transfer layer which is matte and has a strong scuff resistance can be obtained in a method for modifying the surface of a body to be transferred to be frosted. SOLUTION: The matte transfer sheet is characterized by laminating a picture pattern layer comprising at least a thermoplastic resin and a coloring agent, an intermediate layer comprising heat-resistant particles with a mean particle diameter of ≥0.3 μm and ≤20 μm, and an adhesive layer on a substrate. The method for manufacturing the decorative material comprises transferring the transfer layer of this transfer sheet to a body to be transferred and heating it to make the surface frosted.
