Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding die using wear-resistant and anti-chipping ceramics which can be used for finely machining a lead frame, a motor core or the like and has an improved durability. SOLUTION: At least a part of the molding die such as a sliding face or a driving part is formed of a sintered body obtained by incorporating 0.1-5.0 mass% of the pulverized powder of a silicon carbide sintered body with a grain size of 0.01-0.20 μm into a titanium boride or metal boride solid solution having a composition of TiB2or Ti1-xMexB2(wherein, Me is at least one of V, Nb, Ta, Cr and Mo, and 0.02≤x≤0.50) in the molding die using a boride titanium sintered body. At least a part of the molding die such as the sliding face or the driving part is formed of a silicon carbide sintered body, in which Ti-Zr-B solid solution particles and/or Ti-Hf-B solid solution particles are dispersed, in the molding die using a particle dispersion type silicon carbide sintered body.
