Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain oxidation reduction potential of water in a mixing state of oxidant and reductant at least -400 mV or less. SOLUTION: A running water of 500 ml with a water temperature of 10°C is sterilized and subjected to dechlorination, and further subjected to microfiltration to eliminate abnormal taste and odor and impurities. While contacting with a reduction catalyst wherein metal is carried on silica-based quartz porphyry, oxygen gas is blown in the water for 3 minutes with 0.5 MPa gas pressure, and 0.5 g L-ascorbic acid is added thereto.
