Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a needle of a discharging device optimum for adhesion in a narrow area such as a small diameter lens and a bobbin, accessible to a position to be adhered, capable of applying an adhesive appropriately to a desired position and capable of improving the productivity, and to provide a discharging outlet member mounted to the end of the needle. SOLUTION: The cross section of a needle end part of the discharging device or the end part of the discharging outlet member mounted to the end of the needle is formed in a nearly ellipse shape, and the face having the discharge outlet is formed to be a recessed face.
