Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information management program and a user information management system for reducing an operator's burden for responding to a call of a user in telephone conversation, and managing user's information for responding to the user promptly and adequately. SOLUTION: When a call transmitted from a customer's telephone is received, a history information creating unit 304b creates information in relation to the transmission history of each information transmitted to the customer's telephone at the call, and a support information creating unit 304c creates support information for supporting operator's the reception business for responding to the call.
