MULTI-OUTPUT DC STABILIZED POWER SUPPLY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-output stabilized DC power supply that is miniaturized, and reduced in loss even if an output current is large. SOLUTION: The multi-output stabilized DC power supply comprises a CMOS regulator IC chip 1, where a MOS power transistor and a control circuit for controlling the MOS power transistor are formed by a CMOS process for changing into 1 chip; a bipolar regulator IC chip 2, where a bipolar power transistor and a control circuit for controlling the bipolar power transistor are formed by a bipolar process for changing into 1 chip; and a lead frame having a chip mounting section 3a. In the multi-output stabilized DC power supply, the CMOS regulator IC chip 1 and the bipolar regulator IC chip 2 are horizontally provided at the chip mounting section 3a. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
