WOUND CORE MANUFACTURING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound core manufacturing apparatus which allows easy setting for cut length, etc. of a core material and also allows easy control, etc. of a driving means. SOLUTION: The wound core manufacturing apparatus comprises a winding device, a feeding means, a cut length setting means for setting the cut length of the core material to be wound around the spool of the winding device, and a cutting means. The winding device comprises the spool around which the core material is wound, a plurality of guide rollers which are so located as to surround the spool and one of which is so connected to a belt driving motor that it can be driven, and an endless entrainment belt constructed over the spool and the plurality of guide rollers. The feeding means comprises a feeding roller which is so connected to the belt driving motor of the winding device via a non-stage transmission so that it can be driven, and a presser roller rotatably attached at the top of the piston of a cylinder device located opposite to the feeding roller. The cutting means is located between the winding device and the feeding means, and cuts the core material to the cut length set by the cut length setting means. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
