Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a flexible cable depending on a conventional technology is incomplete in shielding electromagnetic wave because of a gap between a signal transmitting conductor and a grounding conductor, and that the electromagnetic shielding against the signal transmitting conductor is not complete over a whole length of the cable. SOLUTION: The flexible parallel multi-core cable with shield is made to have a cross-sectional structure of completely shielding signal conductors by grounding conductors, by connecting grounding conductors arrayed on a top and a bottom faces of the signal conductor composed of a metal material with an interposition of insulators structured with an insulating material with grounding conductors arrayed with an interposition at left and right of insulators structured with an insulating material.
